Rooted in Legacy, Built for Impact

our story

LT Consulting was founded by Terrance L. Frederick with a mission to support businesses ready to grow, evolve, and expand, especially within the hospitality sector. But the name “LT” carries a deeper, more personal meaning.

It honors the lives and legacies of two remarkable women: Linda Theresa, Terrance’s maternal grandmother—God-fearing, deeply spiritual, and grounded in unwavering wisdom and quiet strength. Loretta Taylor, his grandmother-in-law, was bold, fearless, and unafraid to speak the truth, often with love, sometimes with fire. Though seemingly opposite in energy, both women were rooted in the same foundation: fierce love, unshakable values, and a presence you never forgot. Their influence is not only in our name; it’s in how we operate. 

What might surprise you is how they showed up: Linda’s quiet grace, shaped by deep faith and family values. Loretta’s unapologetic edge, full of energy and spunk. Their 1970s portraits might defy expectations, but like any great story, they remind us not to judge a book by its cover.

Over the last 20+ years, Terrance has done the work from the ground up, from front desk to director roles, leading high-performing sales, marketing, events, and revenue teams that have generated over $500 million across major hospitality markets. His leadership is built on understanding each layer of the operation and creating strategies that scale.

LT Consulting exists to carry that legacy forward, to support leaders, challenge them to grow, and build strategies that drive real, lasting results. Our work blends strategic vision with hands-on execution. We bring deep experience across sales, marketing, and brand development. We’ve lived it. We’ve led it.
